BLUETOOTH ISSUES
If your device connects but doesn't function as expected, try forgetting the device and reconnecting. Wait for about 10 seconds, restart the app, and attempt the connection again. If the issue persists, there might be a compatibility issue. Please inform us so we can address it.
We have a curated list of devices known to be compatible with our app. If your device isn't on this list and encounters issues, we'll note it for further investigation.
Operating in close proximity to multiple devices may lead to unexpected behaviors. If you experience issues in such situations, please let us know.
UPLOADING OUTDOOR WORKOUT TO HEAD UNIT
Connect your headunit to your computer, and drage your workout file onto it. You can download the workout file from our website. On the workout page (click outdoor) or calendar if it's scheduled. You can use a file transfer app like transfer.
UPLOADING TO STRAVA
Sync your Strava account on the activity sync page in settings, and upload up to 2 months of past rides to SandboxCycling. Upload to workout to Strava by clicking the upload button after you've completed a workout.
Once you connect your account, Sandbox will give you the option to automatically upload your workouts to Strava when you complete them.
